I am an independent barrister of the Bar of England and Wales. I can take instructions from a solicitor or direct from a member of the public. If you are a member of the public please be aware that whilst I can represent you in court, I cannot correspond (or receive correspondence) on your behalf in the way that a solicitor can. This is because of the rules governing my profession.
I Practise in civil litigation (but not family law) and act for both Claimants and Defendants in the small claims track, fast track and multi-track cases. I am experienced in contract law, negligence, employment law, social security matters, road traffic accidents, consumer law and have a particular interest in IT related matters.
