Deadlines

Deadlines for paperwork and/or oral advice must be specified at the time of fee negotiations. Whilst I am happy to provide emergency advice, I much prefer to receive instructions at the earliest possible opportunity. Unless otherwise agreed, I expect to return advices to my instructing solicitors within 10 working days of my having received the instructions and related paperwork (which includes paperwork digitally delivered).
