I am an independent barrister of the Bar of England and Wales. I can take instructions from a solicitor or direct from a member of the public. If you are a member of the public please be aware that whilst I can represent you in court, I cannot correspond (or receive correspondence) on your behalf in the way that a solicitor can. This is because of the rules governing my profession.
I undertake all forms of private client work. I have represented defendants in criminal matters and, in civil litigation, have acted for Claimants and Defendants in the small claims track, fast track and multi-track cases. I am experienced in contract law, negligence, employment law, social security matters, consumer law and have a particular interest in IT related matters. My expertise in road traffic accidents is second to none but unfortunately my code of conduct prevents me from declaring my win rates.
